1 Day Trip to the Taj Mahal (From Delhi to Delhi)

How can you travel to India and not see the Taj Mahal? It is a question asked by many when we say our trips don't visit the Taj. But just because we don't visit there that doesn't mean you have to miss out entirely. If you like we can arrange a day trip from Delhi to the ancient capital of Agra to see the Taj Mahal in all its splendor. |
Itinerary
This is a one-day independent tour from New Delhi to the Agra to visit the
Taj Mahal and other ancient sites in the former capital. It will be an early
start from Delhi as we travel for about 3 hours south to the city of Agra.
The day will be spent exploring the wonders of Agra including the Taj Mahal
and the Red Fort of Agra. The Red Fort was once the capital of India as ruled
by the Mughals before the capital was shifted to Delhi. It is an impressive
sight spanning four generations of rulers and encompassing their individual
design traits. The Taj Mahal is probably India's flagship attraction and is
an impressive sight both up close and from a distance. You'll need a few hours
to totally embrace the splendour of this world heritage site. Late afternoon
we will make our way back to Delhi and to your hotel
